Returns Policy

Piacciono will accept, for return or exchange, any new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. The standard processing time for a return or exchange is 3-5 business days (not including transit time).

To start a return or exchange, please send the following information to support@piacciono.com

• Order Number
• Item(s) to be Returned
• Reason for Return (Arrived Too Late / Changed Mind / Exchange / Warranty / Other)
• Requested Resolution (Refund / Store Credit / Exchange)

You may request a pre-paid shipping label for a flat cost of $5 (US Continental Only) or $8 (International) from us or you may choose to return the item(s) on your own account.
